  1. Returns and Refunds
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Non-Refundable Items
    Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable digital products, personalized or custom-made items, and sale or clearance items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
